Welcome to my website. If you have found me, you are most likely looking for a way to better manage your life and all that the world is sharing with you.  I have been in the position of being in service to others for more than 40 years.  I have worked with many different populations and age groups. Being of service to others has taught me a great deal about the human condition and how challenging life can be but also, how resilient we are as a species. When armed with the correct tools and knowledge, we can as Dr. Seuss tells us, you can move mountains.

The fact that you are alive is confirmation that you have faced challenges and found a way to continue moving forward. You may not have known what was driving you or how you were able to do it, but you did.
